In order to provide you a peaceful and secure stay in our hotel, please read and respect the following terms.
- The hotel reception is the guardian, counselor, and provider of all information related to the stay.
- Hotel room is rented for the day.
- Hotel day last from 02.00pm. to 11.00am the next day.
- Breakfasts are every day between: 8.00 - 11.00.
- If the client renting a room did not specify the length of stay - it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
- If the guest want to stay longer he should report it till 10.00 am. on the last day of the room lease. It will be satisfied, if possible.
- A hotel guest cannot give the room to other people, even if the deadline of letting the room is not passed.
- People who are not checked in the hotel can stay in a hotel room from 700 am to 10.00 pm.
- Hotel can refuse accepting the guest who grossly violated the rules during the previous stay at hotel .
- Hotel is required to ensure:
- conditions of full and unfettered guest leisure ;
- safe residence, including: security of secrecy of information about the guest;
- professional and polite service for all hotel services;
- cleaning the room and repairing the equipment in the absence of guest, and his presence only if they wish.
- On request, the hotel provides the following free services:
- providing information related to residence and travel;
- waking up at the appointed hour;
- keeping money and valuables during the stay in the hotel;
- storage of luggage, the hotel may refuse to accept luggage at times other than the date of guest’s stay and the things that do not have the characteristic features of personal luggage.
- The responsibility for property loss or damage to valuables, money, securities, objects having scientific or artistic value is limited, if these objects have not been deposited at the reception.
- curfew in the hotel - from 22.00 to 7.00 the next day
- The behavior of visitors and people using the hotel's services should not interfere with other guests . Hotel may refuse to continue providing services for a person who violates this rule.
- Each time, leaving the room, guest should check if the door are closed and leave the key at the reception. Reception gives the key on the basis of a residence permit.
- The rooms are non smoking.
- A hotel guest is responsible for all types of damage or destruction of equipment and technical facilities arising from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
- Due to the fire safety in the hotel rooms heaters, electric irons and other devices which are not the room equipment are prohibited.
- Personal belongings left by a guest in a hotel room will be mailed to the address indicated by the guest. Without such an instruction hotel will store these items for 3 months.
